Trust

Psalm 91:2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

The Psalmist says the Lord is his refuge, fortress and his God. The Lord is a place of shelter also a strong hold and the Supreme God. Then he says “in him I will trust.” I believe we today can say the same things. He is our shelter, strong hold and God only if you will let Him be.

I have said in times past that I trust the Lord, but, in retrospect I realize that I never totally trusted Him. Oh, I trusted the Lord with my salvation, but, in looking back I see where I have many times trusted in others’ advice, circumstances and numerous other things. But in recent days I have come face to face with this timeless question: Do you trust Me or not? I have some health issues that, according to some doctors, could have a negative outcome. I hate to admit it but fear had crept in and caused doubts and worries that none of us should have. I will admit I am not above these things, just as you are not.

Then this verse popped up in a message that I heard I Pr 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.t was not the message but it was part of the reading and it spoke to me. Since really getting this settled in my soul, come what may I will trust in the Lord. What ever the Lord decides to do I will still trust Him.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Trust in the Lord with everything you have and don’t depend on your self and what you think. It will make your life much better and worries and fears will start to disappear.

Have a great day!!!!!!!!!
