But he did not tell them what position to be in when they prayed. You can pray anywhere at anytime. Yes, I like to bow on my knees, but sometimes that is not possible. So I just pray where I am, how I am, standing, seated or even laying down. The main thing is to pray and the position of the heart is vital in a effective prayer.
